📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily shipments and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and manage shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and waybills.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient inventory management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management, providing insights into logistics performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipments, providing timely and professional responses.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics administration or a related role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
