📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of the MO Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Curate and manage exclusive events, private dinners, and wellness retreats
• Collaborate with the hotel's leadership team to develop and implement club initiatives
• Manage the MO Club's budget and ensure financial sustainability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile guests and industry partners
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve club offerings
• Ensure compliance with Mandarin Oriental's policies and procedures
• Represent Mandarin Oriental at industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, preferably in a high-end resort or club setting
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-profile events and experiences
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends and industry best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in Indonesian a plus
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
