Daily, you will assist in administering vaccinations, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to young patients and their families.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care to children, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Document patient health information accurately and maintain electronic health records using our clinic's software.
• Assist in the administration of vaccinations and other preventive care measures.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining clinic hygiene.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families during medical procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in pediatric care.
• Assist in the management of clinic operations, including patient scheduling and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or related healthcare field.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, particularly those used in Indonesian healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
