📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
- Participate in incident investigations and corrective action plans.
- Support the development of training programs for employees.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of safety equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the HSE area.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HSE software and tools, such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Must be available for the full duration of the internship program.
