📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the finance team in monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
