📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia content for various projects, including digital marketing campaigns, social media graphics, and interactive web experiences.
• Design visually appealing and engaging content using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Create and maintain design assets, including logos, icons, and other visual elements, to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Work with the development team to ensure that multimedia content is optimized for various devices and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into your work.
• Provide design support to the marketing team, including creating presentations, infographics, and other visual materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve our multimedia solutions.
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in multimedia design or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with multimedia content.
• Understanding of web design principles and experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative multimedia solutions.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
