📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in enterprise efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of insights.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise efficiency consulting or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in using SAP, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and site visits.
