📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Minimize equipment downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and installations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities and maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Certifications in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems are a plus.
- Proven leadership experience with a team of technicians.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
