We are seeking a passionate and skilled Professional Barista to join our team at JBSY Food and Beverages Corporation in Canggu, Bali. As a Premium Coffee & Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving the highest quality coffee and beverages to our esteemed customers. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in one of Bali's most vibrant locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of premium coffee and espresso-based beverages with exceptional quality and consistency.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies to meet daily demand and ensure smooth operations.,Train and mentor junior baristas to uphold high standards of service and product quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of coffee and beverage menus to reflect current trends and customer preferences.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all patrons.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and serve coffee pairings with food items.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso techniques, and milk texturing.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.,Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and trends in the coffee industry.
