As an HVAC & MEP Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate technical drawings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD MEP. Your daily tasks will include developing piping and ducting layouts, equipment schedules, and electrical diagrams, ensuring compliance with international standards and client specifications. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other drafters to deliver high-quality drawings on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed technical drawings for HVAC and MEP systems, including piping and ducting layouts, equipment schedules, and electrical diagrams.
• Ensure drawings comply with international standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other drafters to deliver high-quality drawings on time and within budget.
• Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD MEP to create and maintain technical drawings.
• Prepare tender submissions and project execution drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain and update technical drawing libraries.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC & MEP Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD MEP.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, NEC, and IFC.
