📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product adoption and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, architects, and designers to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Provide expert advice on Jotun’s product range, including color trends, application techniques, and finish options.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the benefits and features of Jotun’s products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that highlight Jotun’s products.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to retailers.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field, preferably in the decorative coatings industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of Jotun’s product range, including decorative paints, stains, and finishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of Bali’s retail market and local business culture.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
