In this role, you will be responsible for managing our VoC program, which aims to gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive VoC program to gather and analyze customer feedback.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and pain points.,Analyze and interpret customer feedback data to drive product improvements and enhancements.,Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and engineering teams.,Ensure the VoC program aligns with company goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VoC and customer experience.,Report on VoC program metrics and progress to senior leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,3-5 years of experience in VoC, customer experience, or related fields.,Strong understanding of customer feedback analysis and interpretation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.,Proficient in data analysis tools and software.,Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Strong project management skills.
