In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, visiting customers to understand their needs, and developing tailored solutions. You will also oversee inventory management, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and personalized service.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to secure reliable and competitive pricing.
• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the aquaculture or feed industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively within Jawa Barat and occasionally outside the region.
