📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines and budgets using Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local and national infrastructure regulations, including environmental and cultural considerations.
• Present project updates to stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and community leaders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in Bali’s infrastructure sector.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in civil infrastructure development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure project management, with a focus on road networks, bridges, or public utilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian infrastructure regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Bali’s unique climate, geography, and cultural context.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Valid professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is a plus.
