📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and informative.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
