📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in managing a team of 10 or more employees.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
