📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and manage guest complaints and concerns.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with office software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
