📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.,Process guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.,Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest concerns and ensure a smooth stay experience.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and lobby.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including reservations and guest accommodations.,Monitor and maintain security protocols, including key control and guest access.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services in Kendal is a plus.
