📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and implement audit strategies and methodologies to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.,Conduct audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to assess effectiveness and efficiency.,Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.,Monitor and evaluate internal control systems to ensure their effectiveness and integrity.,Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update internal audit policies, procedures, and guidelines.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully managing internal audit teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
