Market Mart Ekspansindo is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Canggu, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decision-making.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
