📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools
