PULSE Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.,Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with production software and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to travel and work outside of normal business hours when required.,High school diploma or equivalent.
