GLEAM Indonesia is looking for a Lead Training Officer to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of training officers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Manage and mentor a team of training officers,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Identify training needs and develop training solutions to address those needs,Provide coaching and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into the company's overall strategy,Manage the training budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on leadership and management,Experience in designing and delivering training programs to large groups,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment techniques, and learning technologies,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
