📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of shop assistants, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, cash handling, and customer transactions.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with all products displayed attractively and accurately.,Handle customer complaints and disputes, resolving them to the satisfaction of the customer.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, training, and any other relevant issues.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team of shop assistants.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
