📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the insurance company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
