Leading the data analysis team and ensuring that all data analysis projects are completed on time and to a high standard.Developing and implementing data analysis strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Analyzing large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.Creating and maintaining data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.Training and mentoring junior data analysts, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.Staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends, and incorporating new knowledge into our data analysis efforts.Ensuring that all data analysis efforts are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.Strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of success in this area.Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior data analysts.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and a commitment to excellence.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.🛠️ Keahlian
