📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Collaborate with management to improve cashier performance and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Lead team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial record-keeping.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
