PT Prima Melati is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for reporting purposes.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
