📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and monitoring stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and resolving any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are displayed properly.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement and sales revenue.,Assist in training and supporting junior team members.,Monitor store performance metrics and report any issues or concerns to the store manager.,Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control processes.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.
