📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services and products.,Maintain accurate records of customer visits and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and managing reception area.,Promote a positive and professional image for the company.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Assist in training new employees in receptionist duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
