Klinik Hendra Coffee is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management and be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are in good condition and ready for use. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Sleman and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with mechanics and service providers as needed,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and registered,Track vehicle usage and performance, providing reports to management as needed,Handle any vehicle-related incidents or accidents, coordinating with insurance providers and law enforcement as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures,Experience with fleet management software and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. transportation, logistics, business administration)
