Fresh Mart Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the Tebet area, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience. This is a hybrid position, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business objectives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the grocery or supermarket industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
