Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
