📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing staff, inventory, and sales.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive work environment.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is a must.
