📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and ensuring timely payment.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Conduct regular audits of accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations.
