📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.,Work closely with the production team, quality control, and other departments to ensure that production goals are met.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and calibrated.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to optimize production efficiency and meet customer demands.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.,Provide leadership and support to the production team to ensure that they are motivated and productive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to travel to the office in Seminyak as needed.
