📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design relevant learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
