📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food quality control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain positive customer relationships and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistent brand standards and practices across all branches.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve targets.,Familiarity with inventory management, sales, and marketing strategies.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
