Puskesmas Lestari Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our hybrid team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice to support the organization's growth and success. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the organization's strategic planning and decision-making.,Monitor and manage the organization's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP or IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
