📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement local internship and apprenticeship programs aligned with Equinix’s global strategy.
• Mentor and guide interns and apprentices, providing them with valuable industry experience and skill development opportunities.
• Collaborate with local universities and educational institutions to establish strong partnerships and recruit top talent.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of interns and apprentices.
• Work closely with the global team to ensure program consistency and quality across all locations.
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the program.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the local community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent development, internship management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of the digital infrastructure industry is a plus.
